<kbd>Alt</kbd>+<kbd>Tab</kbd>: Single click on panel to focus app should be possible

I run Firefox in fullscreen mode. The panel is hidden by Firefox. When pressing Alt+Tab, the panel appears. I find applications faster using the panel.

1. Press Alt+Tab
2. Click on application on the panel

Expected behavior: Application is focused.

Actual behavior: Alt+Tab closes.
