As the title goes, I believe the GitHub Projects Board is really really powerful and it gets better each time!
I think by using some Kanban boards, it would easier for the maintainer to track the progress, assigning people, creating new issues, list of PR that needs to be reviewed, list of ticket that needs to be QA-ed after merged PR, issues priority, issues weight, and so many more!
Tbh, there is not only Kanban that exist here (there is so much fun stuff here) so I'm sure this would help all the maintainer.
Honestly, I can help you with maybe spinning up this thing if you want me to so yeah, just let me know if I can do something!
