Handle/manage the add static page feature

Dear all,
I work with geonetwork 4.2.10. I have a meta-catalog with several sub catalogs. For at least one of the sub catalogs, I would like to be able to add static pages. Via https://SERVEUR/admin.console#/settings/static-pages" interface, I setted 2 new pages Home" (link), Tutorial (html content). These 2 new labels are well displayed at the "TOP" level but only on the page of our meta catalog. But they are not displayed on any of the pages of our sub catalogs. My wish would be to define the opposite : Those additions labels must be displayed only at the level of the pages of the sub catalogs and not at the level of the meta catalog. How can I set/handle those (pages) settings ?
