We are wondering if anyone in the community deploys GeoNetwork on Kubernetes.

Would you be in favor of creating a helm-chart repository within geonetwork organization to host free helm charts to deploy applications & services in k8s ?

Camptocamp could provide at least charts for

• GeoNetwork 4
• Datahub

I'm ready to move the datahub helm chart from camptocamp repository.

@fgravin How do we move forward? Do we include the chart inside the repository geonetwork/geonetwork-ui? Or do we create a separate repository like geonetwork/geonetwork-ui-chart?

The latter one may be better for permissions management, as you don't have to give us (C2C devops) write permission to the repository geonetwork/geonetwork-ui but only to a separate repository.

Sure that's the good idea, I just thought there would be only datahub but you are right, there is geonetwork too.

I propose to have a repository called charts so geonetwork/charts or geonetwork/geonetwork-charts (for SEO).

It's not important to point out that this is helm-charts ? charts is enough ?
geonetwork-charts might be confusing if one day we have a dashboard application 😄
