Does Edgex Foundry helps while dealing with Mobile IOT Devices

Hi Team,

I am just checking if Edgex foundry have any benefits while we have Mobile IOT Device to be integrated.

If we compare with FogFlow-
FogFlow can support "mobile" IoT device and Application does not. have to care about the location of target IoT device.
The Application will be automatically placed in edge server nearest to the target IoT device.
