Instruction manual for HEXRD ff-HEDM calibration

Here is an unpolished instruction manual for the ff-HEDM calibration procedure using HEXRD (v. 0.8.5) -- including HEXRD installation, powder calibration, and multiruby (or any multicrystal) steps. It's not without a couple issues (re: distortion correction) and was just for internal use within our group, BUT it is very detailed and may be a helpful resource for new users.

I believe @rachelelim is coming up with a much better manual soon :-)
