Welcome to the first edition of Describo News! A lot has happened lately and this is a brief introduction to it.
New website
The main website (https://describo.github.io) has been completely overhauled. Among other things there is a more detailed features section as well as a section on who's using describo. In addition, a 5 minute tutorial on RO Crate and describo has been created for users new to this space.
Take some time and have a look around: https://describo.github.io
Web version
There is now a web version of the tool. Whether you use the desktop version or web version, you will be greeted with the same overall experience. Although, there are some capabilities in the desktop that are not yet possible in the web version like remembering what you worked on and starting up where you left off. Either way, use what works best for you.
Crate builder has had a lot of work
Aside from the many bugfixes and adding things to help the development process, there is a new mode which enables previewing the associations from complex entities like actions and relationships. Think of this as a window into those entities that weave a narrative around other entities.
Thankyou to our Hungarian friends
I want to say a very big "Thank You!" to our Hungarian friends at SZTAKI - Department of Distributed Systems for all of their work developing the Web component and react component. In particular, I want to offer a special shout out to Balazs who has worked tirelessly to help me!
Give us a star?

Questions, issues, concerns
If you have any questions, issues, concerns about the component or services please don't hesitate to raise tickets in the respective tracker. If you're not sure, start up a discussion right here: https://github.com/orgs/describo/discussions.
Thanks!
Marco
