DB connection from dockerized app to local DB

Using localhost:5432 to test the connection to postgres service, does not allow the API to return a 200 OK response.
Instead, the API returns 503 ServiceUnavailable even with the correct username and password.

Change host to host.docker.internal to connect local db with a dockerized application. [ref]
