I have been told that I was rejected. I have all in place except updating my profile (how do I do that - not intuitive) and how do I submit additional documentation and what is the ACTUAL CRITERIA for that and if none of that works how do I get someone from Microsoft to help me. There is no link to speak to an actual person to resolve whatever is blocking my approval??

You have not told me how to submit additional documentation as I was already rejected and nothing on the site shows how to do that.
