"Access to this site has been restricted" error when connecting from JetBrain IDEs

I tried a few JetBrains IDEs, was able to login my github account within the tool, but when I tried to "share project on GitHub" I always got error "Can't load information for github.com/xxxxx, Request response: access to this site has been restricted ... contact support ...". Not sure what is wrong with my account, all of those IDEs return same error when I tried to share project on github

thank you,I deal it . I found that my Ubuntu system could access GitHub through the browser when the proxy was enabled, but I couldn't ping it through the command line. Later, I manually changed the DNS for accessing GitHub to 8.8.8.8, which resolved the issue.

Also, updating CLion solved the problem.

Update to the latest version resolved the problem, fyi previously I thought my version was the latest, as there is no notification pop up for update, but it’s not right, I had to manually navigate to help->check for updates to trigger it

Just update the application it will solve the problem!!

Goto - Help > Checks For Update > Update

I've downloaded pycharm, uninstalled the one on my system and installed the new one and still get the same error message.
