I think with the webpack polyfills, it might. https://webpack.js.org/configuration/resolve/#resolvefallback |

Wondering if it's worth the effort to build a version of Code for IBM i that would be usable from the web (e.g. vscode.dev).
This means we could potentially send users to a URL and have it already installed and connected to a system.
