Add the ability to mark individual images as NSFW

There are models that are general purpose that have been flagged as NSFW because of the example images they have attached to them. It'd be great if there was a way to mark individual images as NSFW and for users to report individual images.

This would affect a few things:

• If someone has NSFW off or blurred, then we'd show the first SFW image from that model (if any)
• In image carousels, individual images would be blurred with the sensitive content toggle
• When uploading images there would need to be a toggle. To make it easy to bulk toggle uploaded images as NSFW there porbably needs to be a "toggle all" type button
• Anywhere we display images (other than model cards), would need to have a context menu with the ability to report the image as NSFW or TOS violation
• We'd need to clarify what the NSFW toggle on a model means, since it goes from being "anything on this page is NSFW" to "This model is intended for NSFW purposes"
