Images and models on local version of the Civitai website

I was playing around with the source code of the Civitai website, and I followed the instructions from here https://github.com/civitai/civitai.
After install some Postgres DBs, I was expecting some kind of local images to try the website, but I am not getting anything at all. Instead, it throws a few errors in the console when I click on Images or Models tags. Should I expect some images from those DBs, or should I upload them by myself? How should I test the website in a local environment?
