More precise browsing mode control

Problem

If user want to see 13+/17+ content(all Mature Content except Explicit Adult Content), they can only hide 18+ content(can not known does it exist) or show all content(use Browsing Mode - Everything, and cancel Blur Mature Content).

For users who always activate 13+/17+ content, searching for all models will result in unnecessary secondary operations and NSFW risks:

Switch the Browsing Mode to Everything and then cancel the Blur Material Content.
Start searching.
After obtaining the desired search results, switch the Browsing Mode back to My Filters.

Plan

Merge Browsing Mode and Blur Material Content.

Provide 2 sets of options:

1. Hide Control, Select a filter here to control the scope of content inclusion.
2. Blur Control, Select a filter here to blur special content.

And 1 separate switch (or as a setting that can coexist with blur, make it parallel to the above two setting items):

• use Blur or Highlight(Outline Frame).
