Organize Loras/Lycoris Content Better

Got Lora/Lycoris access in InvokeAI, went to Civit excited to see what new things I could play with and I had to spend two hours blocking tags and users just to get to the listings that weren't celebrities or game characters or other personalities. I find these useless and distasteful, people don't tag them properly at all, and I don't want to have to scroll through 500 panty-shot single-character models of real people being grossly objectified just to get to the handful of actually useful models.

FYI, this is what it takes for me to be able to browse these things and actually find the useful content... and I have my NSFW filter on...

Oh, and also, 'girl' seems to be the tag that predicts pedo-like content, but for some reason I can't add 'girl' as a tag to block, the closest thing that comes up is 'girl,' which doesn't work, and if I try to block tags directly from the model, I get a message that the model has no tags even though it clearly has tags.
