Fix the Anything V3 VAE hyperlink

But that link leads to nowhere -

This object does not exist or is not publicly accessible at this URL. Check the URL of the object that you're looking for or contact the owner to enable Public access.

Please replace with the proper link when you have the opportunity - I found it elsewhere, but it's better to be able to get it from here.
