How to decode "nextCursor" information in API result ?

Hi every one

i try use api to get image information
but "nextCursor" is can't decode, is difference from wiki page

in wiki page, "nextCursor" is "int" value

but actual is a "string", like this
28:22:6:1003354

how to decode "28:22:6:1003354"? every value is what mean?
