bfecli interact with bfe server

I made bfecli to interact with bfe server, it has three subcommands monitor reload module

bfecli: a friendly commandline to interact with bfe server,like:
- list supported modules
- fetch runtime metrics
- reload configuration

Usage:
  bfecli [flags]
  bfecli [command]

Aliases:
  bfecli, bfectl

Available Commands:
  completion  Generate the autocompletion script for the specified shell
  help        Help about any command
  module      Show bfe server modules
  monitor     Show bfe server monitor runtime
  reload      Reload bfe server runtime conf
  verbose     Show verbose information of bfecli
  version     Show version number of bfecli

Flags:
      --debug           debug request
  -h, --help            help for bfecli
  -p, --port uint16     bfe server monitor port (default 8421)
  -s, --server string   bfe server address (default "localhost")
  -V, --verbose         Show verbose information of bfecli
  -v, --version         Show version number of bfecli

Use "bfecli [command] --help" for more information about a command.
