IV2023 Autoware Tutorial Discussion

• Tutorial flow and plan (3 hours)
  • 15 minutes overall into
  • 40 minute session for everyone (30 minute presentation + 10 minute Q&A)
  • Try to make it interactive and easier for the audience to follow.
  • Post the code and links on GitHub prior to the tutorial session
• Tutorial funding allocation
  • IEEE IV will provide $1200 for each tutorial
  • Check with Rahul if he can allocate some of the CoE money for tutorial teams
  • Allocate more money to European teams due to higher travel cost.
• Accommodation @ the conference
  • Cheap student dorms at the University of Anchorage, Alaska ($65 + tax)/person * night - double room.
  • 4 miles away from the conference convention center (uber / bus for commuting).
  • F1Tenth competition @ IV: waived registration fee $350 for the attending F1Tenth teams.

@QZJGeorge Will there be recordings of the Tutorials mentioned in the tutorials page?

We tried recordings but the live demo is noisy. Now we are back from the conference, will make new recordings in a quiet environment and publish that on the website in the next two weeks.
