Conference swags

Hello!

We need to work on the conference swags 🎁

Current situation:

• The swags are intended for the conference speakers. There are 31 of them, and we will have $5,000 for the swags and shipping.

• The swags will be sponsored as described in the prospectus: Sponsorship_Prospectus_2022_v4.pdf.

• The products will include the conference design and the sponsor's logo. In the last AsyncAPI Conference 2022 organization meeting, this was discussed. You can check it here.

• The initial idea is that the swags will include the following products:

  • Hoodie
  • T-shirt
  • Reusable water bottle
  • Stickers

Things to be defined:

• Products colors.
• Where each print will be placed on each product. For example, in the t-shirt, the sponsor's logo might be on the sleeve.
• If we prefer the hoodie with or without a zipper.
• The designs appearing on the stickers.

Proposal:

• The products could be the same model we chose for the future online store but changing the color and design.
• The products could be dark colored to highlight the design, like the website.
• The stickers could include, besides the AsyncAPI logo in different versions, the sponsor logo and the project mascot (@WeeProducciones is working on the mascot's design).

As soon as we define this, we can ask for an exact budget and see if we can include more products.
