New IBC Channel between Archway Testnet and Axelar Testnet

We want to inform the community about an update regarding the IBC channel between the Archway Constantine Testnet and the Axelar Testnet. Due to an issue encountered with the previous channel, we have established a new IBC channel to ensure continued smooth operation and connectivity between both networks.
