Suggest a node selector for pod deployment

We're experimenting with torch.distributed.rpc in Akash, but it would be nice to have the ability to select nodes to deploy images.

When multiple pods are deployed on the same node, the results I expect do not appear. Also, an error like pytorch/tensorpipe#412 occurs.
