Patch to switch from old and new YouTube Shorts UI #917

Old shorts UI was good as it didnt cropped into the video and retained full content. Where as the new short UI looks cleaner. Many prefer both of these UI equally I guess so it would make sense to add a patch for switching from old shorts UI to new one so both sides are happy on this one.

You can hide the Shorts navigation bar and have something similar to the second screenshot.
