Requests from Dr. Raston:

• I notice that when copying the peak list that there is a space between lines. Could that please be removed (otherwise it is problematic when pasting into a spreadsheet)
• Maybe your aware of this but if I collect a background and sample spectrum at a particular pressure, then increase the pressure and collect a new sample spectrum, the transmittance spectrum gets updated but not the absorbance spectrum
• If there's time it would be nice to be able to save the peak list using the file menu
• Also, if there's time (and I doubt there is so no worries if you don't get to it) it would be nice to bring back the print option in the file menu (to print the absorbance spectrum that might be zoomed in on)
• Please change the Sample Compartment description to "This compartment houses a 10 cm long sample cell within which the infrared radiation is focused. In a typical FTIR spectrometer, this gas cell can be switched out so that other sample types can be analyzed, such as KBr pellets."

• move Find Peaks in menu bar
• update "spectrum" to "spectra" in menu bar
• add error message animation start is canceled
• move header location to remove dom warning (mostly in MUI Dialogs)
• remove incorrect style for Spectra Display
• update sample compartment description
• check parameters before calculating transmittance and absorbance
