Dr. Raston has requested these changes:

i have discovered that the ZnSe spectrum is for a 5 mm window and we have 2 mm windows. The fix is to raise the ZnSe function to the
power of (2/5)
we also need to do the same for CaF2
For sapphire we need to raise that function to the power of (1/5)
For AR_ZnSe and AR_CaF2 we need to raise those functions to the power of (3/5)
after fixing all of that please show me plots of those updated functions (no need for csv's), remove the normalization we are applying to the detector functions, & make it live

For 7/6/2023:

• Made various adjustments to processing functions
• Abstracted the spinner code into a new component
  • got the Instrument Window Spinner to time with the Scan Time correctly
  • Added a Percent Done label on the Instrument Window Spinner
  • The rainbow spinner code now works for both spinners!
