Update mhub.ai page about contributions?

Hi - I've been following the project for several years, and from time to time I've gone to the mhub.ai page to see how things are progressing. For a long time now when I go to https://mhub.ai/contribute it says "work in progress" which makes me think things haven't progressed very much. But I know that in reality a lot has happened but the page doesn't reflect that. I suggest updating that page to have some high level links to content that you have in github pages rather than the one high-level link that's there currently (which is a link to a github page also says contributing is a work-in-progress). It would be better to include a link, for example, to https://github.com/MHubAI/documentation/blob/main/documentation/mhub_contribution/contributing_a_model.md
