update 3.57 version to 4.45 version

Hi dears
I'm using 3.57 version and now i want to update to the last version without any change or lose my data.
Do you have any recommendation for updating?
can i update directly to the last version?

I ques you don't understand English as error tells already that you db use can't create tables...

thank a lot
everything is ok when i use new database for installation but I get 1050 (table already exist) error when i use my old database for restoring my data when install new version.
I searched a lot but didn't fix.
