Close chatbot

Hi!

I have some chats that are getting status "Chat bot".

I would like the chat to close automatically after N minutes.

How can I do this?

I configured it so that after 2 minutes with the bot the chat was automatically closed. But it's not working.

For automatic closing to work you have to setup cronjob who will do that
