Description of issue

Seems like the recent upgrade of tcl-tk to 9.0 broke the git gui and gitk tools from git-gui. Can they be made to depend on tcl-tk@8 instead?

Note that breakage really should be filed as an issue. Discussion is unnecessary when the cause is clear, and issues are automatically closed when their referenced PRs are merged.

Thanks! I initially went to report an issue but something about my brew doctor output meant that I shouldn't? I wasn't sure, so even though I did think it was an obvious issue, I did my best to follow the process and here we are. :)
