Description of issue

Developers of shotcut have made a special MacOS release 24.09.19 which still resides in URL directory of 24.09.13, and 24.09.13 doesn't exist anymore.

e.g.

https://github.com/mltframework/shotcut/releases/download/v24.09.13/shotcut-macos-240913.dmg is current version in shotcut.rb and fails as URL not found.

https://github.com/mltframework/shotcut/releases/download/v24.09.13/shotcut-macos-240919.dmg is working download path for new version, but cannot make pull request to updated .rb file as it fails version check errors on filename/folder as they are different.
