Its true that this contributor done mistakes and it has been removed as well. last review happened on this monday on this contributor.

Indeed he made a mistake on not mentioning changes done on the PR link on details, as this repo having backend repo to manage server.
but i have removed all the points for the same.

level not just decided based on lines of codes, its decided based on the impact of the code on the project and functionality you add to.
code comes to picture when considering level 3 as well.
I think i have communicated this two times to you on DM

@sanjay-kv imo the contributions made by him are legit and maybe some of them are given as over level but blocking him from GitHub id not the option and should be unbanned as he has also worked hard on it to build and tried to explore the open source.

I am seeing couple of concerns here -

1. @codervivek5 please try to keep your calm as everyone here is trying to keep the contributions legit so that spams can be removed form the equation. 😊
2. I am not able to open any PRs of the person pointed in this thread which is weird, I am curious about its reason. If anyone has done any flagging/blocking it should be reverted immediately, as reducing the level based on the given effort makes sense, but flagging/banning is extreme harsh.
3. We all know the value of a good contributor, but we should respect other folks contributions as well, Sanjay is already doing an excellent job to keep the program legit and avoid spams, so lets support him and yes we can cross-question if anything looks wrong, we are all humans after-all.

kudos to @Ayushmaanagarwal1211 @aditya-bhaumik for coming upfront to resolve the doubts and take a stand here.

@Kajol-Kumari @Ansh101112 I don't think @sanjay-kv really know about this blocking thing, he himself is saying he cant see any PR from that Contributors now, Github suspended his account not gssoc team, @sanjay-kv was saying blocking him from the leaderboard (later he decide not to and consider top 51 contributors excluding him) not from github (bcoz he obviously can't do that, isn't it? He is gssoc maintainer not github maintainer)

Sometimes it happens with the github profiles, even i was flagged 1 month back and after 3-4 days my account got back.

I do have concerns with tanmay, more power to him!

Yeah it can be but why GitHub has blocked his account? He only means to contribute na. (I am not defending anyone I am just asking as curious)

No idea mate, as mentioned github has terms and policy any violation to that they ban it.
He has made a post on linkeding complaining about the program and me. but I personally tried to help him understand we have no relation your account getting banned by GitHub as these are different entity. I was helpless after 1hr of chat, I have to gave up but still one of the core team member is in touch with him and helping irrespective of how he complained about us on public.

This was the leaderboard status at 8.19pm yesterday
And as told by you on yesterdays youtube live and mentioned on leaderboard,
no prs will be merged after 7pm
Also the server was updated during the live
I was at rank 50
But now I am at 51

If no PRs were merged then how did my ranked changed today
Please do something as you know only top 50 will get the swags and being on top 50, now seeing myself on 51 feels disheartening.
Also this PR here wasnt rewarded any points

I understand that 2 prs were merged so no needed for that PR but recodehive/resume-pitch#42 should be given some points.
