Labeling ISSUES need Project Admin's Permission, As a Mentor if you're Admin have given you the permission and will to Assign users and labels for ISSUES you can proceed. Otherwise just tag the Admin so that he can once again verify the ISSUE and proceeds to add labels.

Adding Mentor's contact details on README depends on the Project itself, If you and you're Project Admin wish to add both your contact details then you can proceed otherwise don't do it. You'll need to wait for some time because Moderators are working to create individual channels for Projects so that Contributors will reach out you without even mentioning on README.

Owner cannot assign same issues to many people right?

Yes .... owner can't assign same issue to many one ....
For example: if there is any issues regarding contact us page and in that issues 2 or more people claimed that they will solve the issues ..now it depends on owner to whom they will assign.

Yes .. But owner can assign same issue for 10 people at a time and after that it depends upon the PA that whose work is good. Then PA will take that particular one.

Yeah you're right @bhaavvya !

ISSUES can be only assigned on FCFS (First Come First Serve) Basis, So whenever there are multiple ISSUES regarding the same topic like a Bug or Enhancement then the Project Admin / Project Mentor should only assign the ISSUE to the Contributor who created the First ISSUE related to that particular topic. The remaining ISSUES are called as Duplicate ISSUES, they need to be closed as not completed by PA or PM.

🔖🏷️ labeling issues typically requires permission from project administrators. As a mentor, if you have been granted admin privileges and the authority to assign users and labels for issues, you can proceed with labeling them as you see fit.
