🔴 High amount of desperation amongst some contributors to farm points with little to no meaningful addition to projects

• There has been a noticeable trend where certain contributors prioritize accumulating points, opening 10+ issues within no time over making meaningful contributions to the project.

• This has led to a sense of desperation among some participants, who may be more focused on the reward-driven aspects of their involvement than the actual impact of their work.

Quantity Over Quality: There can be an overwhelming focus on completing as many tasks as possible (e.g., submitting small changes, making trivial edits, or duplicating work) rather than producing high-quality, innovative, or impactful contributions.
Exploiting the System: Some contributors may try to "game" the reward system by finding ways to earn points without offering real value, such as repeatedly submitting low-effort changes or exploiting loopholes in the task allocation process.

@mehul-m-prajapati Regarding the SwapReads repository's auto assign of issues via the GitHub bot, I was curious about the same thing that you pointed out as to how they handle duplicate issues. So I asked about it to one of the maintainer/mentors of the project:

You can exploit this bot by raising 20+ issues and get 300+ points like others have done .. lol

True. You get to open many PRs, which prevents others from working on them since you are already assigned to them.

@mehul-m-prajapati for vansh chauhan repo i took action yesterday itself as i dont have access to that repo I'm uanble to remove all labels, and the PA is also not responding, so if till 11:00 Am they dont respond then i will Discard them from the leaderboard and PA position.

About swap reads they do tracking and dont merge with high levels, but I found some I'll remove them.

About sakeel's repo, i talked him yesterday and told him to give labels as per his preference and not as per the Contributors request

So if i found excessive levels for that contributor I'll remove the labels.
