Help - Can't SSH rpi after the update

I can't SSH to my rpi after I installed an update today. It says access denied. I was able to SSH login and launch LMN3 before the update.
I know this is not LMN3 problem. But since we use the default pi user ID, does the update disable SSH for the default user ID pi? Does any one run into the same problem?

Never mind. Stupid me. After the update, my rpi changed the ip address. But I kept using the old ip to ssh. Of course, I got access denied.
