FCFAconvert is giving the error: LorentzIndex::momentumhead

Hi! I am new to feyncalc and have been stuck on finding the cause of this error for a long time and was hoping to get some help, I am almost certainly at fault.

I have the following code:

tops = CreateTopologies[0, 1 -> 3]
procs = InsertFields[tops, S[1] -> {F[2, {1}], -F[2, {1}], V[1]}, 
  Model -> "SMEFT_d6_UFO_FULL", GenericModel -> "SMEFT_d6_UFO_FULL"]
FCFAconvert

amp = FCFAConvert[CreateFeynAmp[procs], IncomingMomenta -> {p}, 
  OutgoingMomenta -> {p1, p2, k}]

When I run this I get the following error:
LorentzIndex::momentumhead: LorentzIndex[FCGV["Momentum"][-OutMom1 - OutMom2]] is forbidden in FeynCalc. LorentzIndex cannot be the head of a Momentum !

I have looked at the output of CreateFeynAmp and cannot see where a lorentz index is being used as a head of momentum, any help is much appreciated. I have also looked around the .gen and .mod files and have not been able to find any obvious errors.

Here are the .mod and .gen files as attachments (you will need to strip the .txt I had to append to the end to get github to accept them).

Update: Managed to fix this error using the FAPatch function, but now I am getting the error:
FCFADiracChainJoin has encountered a fatal problem and must abort the
computation. The problem reads: Evaluation of isolated objects failed.

Any help with this would be much appreciated!

Update: upon further investigation this seems to be due to the fact that diracObjectsEval contains elements with the pattern
diracChainEvalSign, I wonder what this means and how to get around it, dooes feyncalc just not support this currently?
