This automatically generated reply acts as a friendly reminder. Answers to your questions will most often come from the community, from developers like yourself. You will, from time to time, find that Axis employees answers some of the questions, but this is not a guarantee. Think of the discussion forum as a complement to other support channels, not a replacement to any of them. If your question remains unanswered for a period of time, please revisit it to see whether it can be improved by following the guidelines listed in Axis support guidelines. |

@cdotsharp The question was not related to a problem in the acap-native-sdk-examples, therefore question has been transferred to the general AxisCommunications Discussions. |

So basically what I've done is creating a native-sdk application which has a pre-compiled, ready-to-use version of ffmpeg in it, which results in the eap-file having a file size of around 17 megabytes. App works fine so far, when uploading it to the camera using the direct webinterface via the local network. (pc and cam on same subnet).
Instead when i try to upload the app remotely to the camera using the Windows AXIS Companion i get the message "Installing App..." for a indefinite amount of time and it won't finish.
Is this a known issue? can i fix something on my side?
