Only the hangar roof is textured correctly. It looks like two other textures have problems with UV maps, since you can use monochrome textures for them and they "work". Also, I'm noticing crashes to desktop when launch a scenario that includes the HANGAR3 with custom texture. It would be right to repair that in OpenOrbiter to get this default hangar type. Or as a last resort, replace/remove it.
That's noted in documentation. OrbiterConfig.pdf on page 17 says that TEX1 and TEX2 aren't supported yet for the HANGAR3.
