WKT version 2 has been approved in 2015. CTS should support it. A solution would be to add toWKT2 methods in every class having a toWKT method, but there are probably other solutions

We should read the 2 versions and write only in the last version.
The best will be to support both version with the parser.
@mukoki What do you think ?
