Can I install an oracle database directly using ansible-roles instead of using vagrant? How do I install a single library if I only install it? Sorry I'm using ansible-roles for the first time.

Yes, you can use the Ansible automation provided by this project outside of a vagrant context. I'm not sure I get your second question, so maybe you can provide some more details.

You can use ansible-oracle for all types of targets, when the OS is supported and Ansible is able to work with the target distribution.
Be aware that most current versions of ansible-core desupported Python 2.x and some older 3.x versions.
