Is there any plan to support VAAPI for the Mali G31 MP2 on the Orange Pi Zero 2?

I'm currently using the Orange Pi Zero 2, which features the Mali G31 MP2 GPU. While Panfrost works well for 3D rendering, I noticed there is no VAAPI support for video hardware acceleration. This results in heavy CPU usage for tasks like video playback and transcoding.

Is there any plan to integrate VAAPI support for the Mali G31 MP2 in future updates? If not, are there any workarounds or suggestions for achieving hardware-accelerated video decoding on the Orange Pi Zero 2?
