New maintainers?

Hi, I'd like to propose assigning new maintainers for this project, and I suggest @csoutham and @puretec who have more recent versions of this code base, or it can be someone else among the top active contributors willing, any takers?

@yazeed thank you for the suggestion! I agree that the help is needed, especially since I don't have time for any iseed improvements other than patching it to work with the emerging Laravel versions. I'd like to stay a contributor who helps to steer the concept of new features and helps in decisions on whether specific PRs should be merged or not but I don't have time for programming work.

So, I'm open to suggestions... as @yazeed said - any takers?

Hey @yazeed, although I have a later version of the code, I have mostly made it work the way I wanted it to - and more like an older version I was running. Not sure I'm the right person to help maintain.
