I'm trying to find the answer to the following question:
If I develop an app and distribute it as a standalone package, can I also distribute a Graal CE release with it so that users won't have to download and install Graal?
All the subprojects listed under License here have licenses that seem to allow redistribution and I can see there are packagesdistributed by third parties and a docker image.
I appreciate things can get complicated when it comes to licenses but it would be great if Graal team could provide a clear answer. Graal offers a lot of exciting opportunities but in my line of work we're always expected to deliver a self contained unit of deployment and we would not like to go forward on the basis of 'everybody else does it'. :)

The same question is mentioned, but not answered in this previous issue.
