Description

Document all OCI IAM requirements:

1. on a separate page
2. in the form of a table

Things to document:

1. Dynamic group
2. Policies
3. Notifications

This is probably base of all other OCI terraform modules, until dynamic group, policies and notifications are in place, all things fall apart. If you have this mentioned anywhere, i can make a document for same, else i will need to find out myself.
