EXTRAS-84 - Add tools to display the horizontal (x) and vertical (y) profiles for spectral data

The Spectral extension currently provides the capability to display the signature (z profile) of selected pixels (SignatureWindow plug-in). It should also provide the capability to display a plot of the values of the current display bands for each pixel in a row (x profile) or a column (y profile). Each profile should be plotted in a separate plot window. The x and y profile tools should be implemented similar to the SignatureWindow plug-in without the AOI features.
