EXTRAS-136 - Add support for Python 3.X.X to Python Scripting Extension

Support for a version of Python 3 should be added to the Python Scripting extension. This doesn't need to be every major version of Python 3 (3.0, 3.1, 3.2) but should be at least one major version of Python 3.
