Description
Stakeholders are those people, groups, or individuals who either have the power to affect, or are affected by our project. They range from the our open source community the person on the street who may experience the effects of what you set out to do. We need to identify these people and what they all need, so that we know how they are likely to respond, and how we can win their support and build the right tools.
