Remove downstream e2e test

Description

subscription_e2e has a test that checks for whether we are running it on kind or on Openshift eg. It uses skopeo to copy an image to the registry. We should remove this and move it to the downstream.

• Remove the if statements (keep only the if local bits)
• Remove the check for whether we are in a kind cluster (which assumes there's a cluster kind- there - not the greatest)
