Can't generate new driver for CH340B #2

When I try to generate a new driver for a CH340B I get the following message at the bottom: "Operating status: Failed to generate a new driver".
It does create a new folder filled with files and when I run SETUP.EXE and try to install the driver I get the following error message: "Driver Pre-install failure!".
