Congratulations on one of the nicer Eclipse-based IDEs I've seen.
What is the content of the .wvproj file, which I presume defines the top-level project structure?
I ask because this is the only binary file that apparently should be stored with a project, and the possibility that a source code control system which assumes that everything is in text format might object to it.
