Error in installing V1.0.4 on arduino IDE 2.3.2

when i'm trying to install the CH32 Arduino Core into Arduino IDE V2.3.2 it giving me some errors, kindly have a look into this and help me.

Same as #89 and #44 .
Please review those. I can't quite remember what it is, but installation may require administrator right. (I had no problems installing v1.0.4).

NOTE: the most recent implementations have not yet been published as a release. Many shortcomings of release 1.0.4 have been fixed/implemented already. If you want to test those, you can use the current code as committed in the master branch.
